In 2012, VORTEX-ROK engine sold solely by KC Kart Thailand must be used in all 4 races. Engines serial numbers must refers to a purchase in Thailand. Technical regulations are comply to international regulations used by VORTEX-ROK which are certified by CIK. X30 engine must be purchased from fx racing company only otherwise, the engine must be sent to the company to scrutineer and receive a permission to participate in the race.

10. Registration and Documents Required   1. Competitors must register one day before the competition. In a case that a racer registered for all 4 racers, he/she still have to complete the entry form for every race. 2. Competitors whose age is under 15 must register with a parent and have a parent sign an allowance will. 3. Competitors must have a driving permit by the RAAT. The original license must be given to the registration official to hand to the steward. It will be returned to the racer after the race. 4. Competitors who do not have an ID card must bring a copy of their birth certificate. Top

14. Champion of the Year Racers who collect highest points in each category will be awarded with champion of the year trophies 1. 15. Tires   Bridgestone tires are sold by KC KART Thailand Limited, a sole official Bridgestone distributor in Thailand. 19. Point Collection Points will be collected every race and Champion of the year will be determine by the highest points collected. TECHNICAL REGULATIONS 1. TAG -VIP 15 years up old based on 1January, 2012 TAG (must not be fully 15 ) years old based on 1January, 2012 Driver and kart must weigh a total of 150-170kgs. Front brake system allowed. All parts and equipmentsmust be manufactured from official factory as of any year. Pistons, rods, cranks, and exhaust pipe must be a STANDARD. No modification is allowed. Carburetor venturi hole must not exceed 24 mm. ****AIR BOX hole must not exceeds 24mm. Radiator is free of choice, however, it must not appearout of the kart.   Slick tire YLC Front 45/100-5 Rear 71/100-5 Rain tire YLP/YKP Front 45/100-5 Rear 60/100-5   Slick and rain tires 2 Sets of tires allowed.   Kart chassis length not exceeding 1040 mm and axle used must have a diameter of 50mm maximum. Vortex Rok 125 CC engine manufactured in Vortex-Rok Factory in Italy 150 KGS Vortex Rok GP engine manufactured in Vortex-Rok Factory in Italy 165 KGS There must be no modification to the port both internally and externally. Pistons, rods, cranks, and exhaust pipe must be a STANDARD. No modification is allowed. Carburetor venturi hole must not exceed 30 mm. Jets and floats internal parts are free of choice. ****AIR BOX must be STD and its hole must not exceed 30 mm manufactured in Vortex factory Radiator is free of choice. Cylinder head and Piston distance must exceed 1 mm.(measuring from any position of the piston) Cylinder Block’s thickness must be 87.90mm and height must be 88.10mm Cylinder case size is 53.95 mm. and must not exceed 54.15 mm. Cylinder head height is 30.60 mm Upper Cylinder Block gasket contains 3 sizes: 0.10/0.20/0.30/mm. Lower Cylinder Block gasket contains 4 sizes: 0.20/0.30/0.40/0.50 mm. It is allow not installing brass upper cylinder block gasket Exhaust gasket is free of choice. Exhaust pipe is provided by the official Clutch system-flywheel of year 2007-2011 are allowed. However, no modifications are allowed. Vortex Rok JUNIOR engine manufactured in Vortex-Rok Factory in Italy  There must be no modification to the port both internally and externally. Pistons, rods, cranks, and exhaust pipe must be a STANDARD. No modification is allowed. Carburetor venturi hole must not exceed 30 mm. Jets and floats internal parts are free of choice. ****AIR BOX must be STD and its hole must not exceed 30 mm manufactured in Vortex factory Radiator is free of choice. Cylinder head and Piston distance must exceed 1 mm.(measuring from any position of the  piston) Cylinder Block’s thickness must be 87.90mm and height must be 88.10mm Cylinder case size is 53.95 mm. and must not exceed 54.15 mm. Cylinder head height is 30.60 mm Upper Cylinder Block gasket contains 3 sizes: 0.10/0.20/0.30/mm. Lower Cylinder Block gasket contains 4 sizes: 0.20/0.30/0.40/0.50 mm. MINI ROK Competitor must be 7-12 (must not be fully 13 )years old based on 1January, 2012   Driver and kart must weigh a total of 105 kgs.  Vortex Mini Rok60 CC / MR2 engine manufactured from Vortex-Rok Factory in Italy  There must be no modification to the port both internally and externally. Pistons, rods, cranks, and exhaust pipe must be a STANDARD. No modification is allowed. Carburetor venturi hole must not exceed 18 mm. Jets and floats internal parts are free of choice. No enlarging of jet holes and carburetor gasket are allowed. ****AIR BOX must be STD containing 1 hole and is either black or grey manufactured by the factory. Cylinder head and Pistondistance must exceed0.60 mm.(measuring from any position of the piston) Cylinder Block’s height must be 73.60 plus/minus0.1 mm. Cylinder case size is 41.80 mm. and must not exceed 41.95 mm. Cylinder head height is 28 mm Lower Cylinder Block gasket contains 4 sizes:0.20/0.30/0.40/0.50 mm. It is allow not installing brass upper cylinder block gasket Exhaust gasket is free of choice. Vortex Sprocket (10-11-12 edges) ONLY Clutch system-flywheel of year 2007-2011 are allowed. However, no modifications are allowed. Any brands of chassis are allowed. Kart chassis length not exceeding 950mm and axle used must have a diameter of 30mm maximum.   Rim/tire size front 40/100-5 Rim/tire size rear 50/110-5 Slick tire YJL Front 40/100-5 Rear 50/100-5 Rain tire YFD Front 40/100-5 Rear 50/100-5  Slick and rain tires 2 sets of tires are allowed.     5. CADET A Competitor must be 7-12 (must not be fully 13 )years old based on 1January, 2012   Driver and kart must weigh a total of 105 kgs.  Vortex Mini Rok60 CC engine manufactured from Vortex-Rok Factory in Italy  There must be no modification to the port both internally and externally. Pistons, rods, cranks, and exhaust pipe must be a STANDARD. No modification is allowed. Carburetor venturi hole must not exceed 18 mm. All parts must be STD. Only main jets can be replaced Jets and floats internal parts are free of choice. ****AIR BOX must be STD containing 1 hole and is either black or grey manufactured by the factory.   Cylinder head and Piston distance must exceed 0.60 mm. (measuring from any position of the piston) Cylinder Block’s height must be 73.60 plus/minus0.1 mm. Cylinder case size is 41.80 mm. and must not exceed 41.95 mm. Cylinder head height is 28 mm Lower Cylinder Block gasket contains 4 sizes: 0.20/0.30/0.40/0.50 mm. It is allow not installing brass upper cylinder block gasket Exhaust gasket is free of choice. Vortex Sprocket (10-11-12 edges) ONLY Clutch system-flywheel of year 2007-2011 are allowed. However, no modifications are allowed. Any brands of chassis are allowed. (kart+ engine+ racer+ accessories) Vortex Baby Rok 60 CC engine manufactured from Vortex-Rok Factory in Italy There must be no modification to the port both internally and externally. Pistons, rods, and cranks must be a STANDARD. No modification is allowed. Exhaust pipe must be STANDARD of MINI ROK.. No modifications are allowed Carburetor venturi hole must not exceed 18 mm.All parts must be STD. Only main jet can be replaced. ****AIR BOX must be STD containing 1 hole and is either black or grey manufactured by the factory. Cylinder head and Piston distance must exceed 0.60 mm.(measuring from any position of the piston) Cylinder Block’s height must be 73.60 plus/minus0.1 mm. Cylinder case size is 41.80 mm. and must not exceed 41.95 mm. Cylinder head height is 28 mm Lower Cylinder Block gasket contains 4 sizes: 0.20/0.30/0.40/0.50 mm. It is allow not installing brass upper cylinder block gasket Exhaust gasket is free of choice. Exhaust manifold hole must not exceed 14mm and must contain the plug which the engine attached Vortex Sprocket (10-11-12 edges) ONLY Clutch system-flywheel of year 2009-2011 are allowed. However, no modifications are allowed. Only Tony Kart are allowed. Kart chassis length is950mm and axle used must have a diameter of 30mm maximum. All parts must be manufactured from the producer’s factory. If any modification is detected, there will be an immediate foul disqualification.
